2020-2021 Meal Pick-up Form

Due to our K-12 students going back to the Hybrid, Virtual & NTI Friday on January 11, 2021, we are making changes to our meal pick-up plan and asking families to fill out a New meal pick-up form. We will only be offering one pick-up time each week starting January 14th. If you are signed up for pick-up on January 7th we will have those meals ready and available for pick-up as normal between 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. There will not be a pick-up on Tuesday, January 12th.

These are your choices when filling out the form.
_____# Virtual Students, receiving 5 meals
_____# of Hybrid students, receiving 2 meals + 1 NTI meal
_____# of NTI students receiving 1 meal
_____# Children 2-18 that are Non-Virtual or NTI students, receiving 5 meals

Meal pick-up’s starting January 14th, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

The cafeteria staff will have the meals prepared and ready for pick-up in the commons at the high school. Park in the high school front parking lot and come inside to pick your meals up. You will need to wear a mask and socially distance yourself in the line while picking up your meals. We will communicate any changes for meal pick-up due to holidays or weather.
